  Easy to make reservation, or adjust it if need be. Kind associates made pick up an and drop off a breeze! Have very nice vehicles. Would recommend!

  I have been renting ALAMO vehicles because their price through Costco is very competitive and normally the cheapest of all the car companies. I also like the fact that they have the skipped the counter ability when you rent a vehicle. That way you can walk directly to the car you want.

  If I could give zero stars I would. First my loved one has been renting from Alamo for 15 years! And, now they want to give her a hard time. She rented a "premium" vehicle if you can call a Dodge Durango a premium vehicle. On the way to our trip the car's auto stop feature was not working properly. So, she takes it to an Alamo in Jackson, Mississippi to get it swapped. While there she is met with hostility from the manager. Waited for at least an hour to get another car and specifically a " premium" car.for which she paid extra for. Instead gives her a " premium " Chrysler Pacifica. What a joke! And, the problem doesn't stop there! To make a very long story shorter. She gets charged for the all of the issues of a car that was not functioning as intended. She was promised a full refund yet gets charged for something she didn't do. The a horrible was to treat a customer that has been patronizing this company for almost 15 years! Maybe, Hertz will treat us better!

  Alamo made my rental experience effortless from start to finish. Check-out was quick and easy, and the woman who helped me had excellent customer service. Returning the vehicle was just as smooth—Miss Caroline was friendly and made the return process simple. I’d rate the entire experience a 10/10 and would absolutely recommend Alamo to family and friends. Thank you so much!
