  Fast , efficient courteous service Called after AAA REPLACED MY TIRE WITH SPARE , Called Dobbs they said bring it up they had the right size tire i was sick the last 3 days and didn’t know how I could sit there but all done in less than an hour without a scheduled appt Was so grateful for their speed and efficiency

  I came to this place multiple times. The last time a young Muslim man was working on my car. I can't remember the name. He made a small mistake by accident but when it was brought up he admitted it and fixed it and his honesty and dedication to getting things right is why l am leaving this positive review. It is perfectly okay to make mistakes on people's cars. Hiding it is the difference between a five-star review and a one. I most likely will consider doing business here again. The car looks great.

  Dobbs failed my safety inspection citing failed tire treads. My treads had above the 2/32 requirement and the inner treads met the Missouri requirement of “no cord exposure or complete loss of tread pattern.” Multiple other opinions stated “no reason for a fail, other than forcing a tire sale.”. I passed the safety inspection at a different auto shop. Don’t take your vehicle here if you’re hoping to avoid being forced into a sale.

  We took our car in for an oil change. We also ask for the Dobbs to evaluate noise when steering the car right or left such as turning a corner or turning into a parking space. We were told that there was nothing wrong with the Steering. However, when we pick the car up the noise is still there. So it doesn’t appear to be fixed.

  I first came in desperate because my hood wouldn't latch and I didn't know what to do and I didn't have an appt. They got someone out to fix it for me for free, and got a customer for life! They do good work and the staff, especially the receptionist, is wonderful
