Last year I went to a Carx for the first time in 16 years. I did not see the same quality but today I was proven wrong. There are still really good Carx out there and this location is one. These guys are here to help you! Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Car-X Tire & Auto! Today after I got off work, I went to get my tags, but when I got there, they told me I needed an emissions test done. I called around to at least 12 different places, and every single one told me I’d have to wait up to two weeks for an appointment. Just when I was about to give up, I called Car-X. I asked if they did emissions and if I needed an appointment. The gentleman, Charles, told me yes—but when I explained my situation, he checked and told me to come right in. I got there within minutes, and they had me in and out in less than 15 minutes! Huge shoutout to Charles for going above and beyond and helping me out when I really needed it. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. If you need anything done—especially fast, reliable service—go see Charles at Car-X on Lindbergh & Tesson Ferry. You won’t be disappointed!

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. Got me in for an inspection so quickly (all the other places I called had a week wait for appointments) and also gave me some much needed information about a car a just purchased. Will defintely be back again for any other services I need.
