  As long as I have been coming to this autozone and taking the recommendation of mechanics, 3/26/2026 I came to ask if I could get the drill to put holes In the bumper to put my tag on. Simple right?? But this lady parked so close I couldn't get out to get my wheelchair out to come inside and the young lady that was so adamant on me coming inside to get the drill came and helped her outside next to my car. That's OK these reviews mean nothing to autozone but to the 34 million followers and 55 million who see my reviews maybe it will mean something to them???? Maybe but that's OK, O'REILLYS was glad to help. THANKS O'REILLYS AUTO...THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE TO A PERSON WITH A DISABILITY.

  Antwan provided great customer service in the commercial department. Their store was out a part I was needing asap, instead of sending me on my way; Antwan went the extra mile and called a store near by to check for the part I desperately needed.
