  The car rental process was easy and painless. Every employee at this location from the pick up driver, employees on site, the checkout person, the car inspector when we brought the car in and the driver dropping us back off at the airport was extremely friendly and helpful. Honestly, this was probably the best car rental experience I’ve ever had.

  It was so easy from renting online, pick up, and returning the vehicle. We got in after midnight, someone was at the counter to welcome us. When we returned, they were super nice, making sure we had a good experience with the rental. I highly recommend this location for your rental needs.

  Quick pick up, and quick drop off. No fuss. I rented a mini van for a family road trip, with a pick up late Saturday and drop off the following Saturday. They offered me the option to choose which minivan I wanted, between a Kia and Chrysler. Went with the Chrysler and had no issues. All of the staff I interacted with were great.

  I've rented from this location a few times. Service is always friendly & professional, and cars are always clean. I will continue to rent from them, and would recommend them to others needing a rental car.

  Came in late after a long day of travel. Pre-filled the info so I could by pass the counter and go straight to picking up my car. Virtually no cars available. So I waited at the counter. Finally got in a car and it was pretty dirty. Splatters across the navigation. Carpets looking dirty. Windows so smudged I had to clean them myself later because they were hard to see out of. Also, the drop off is super hard to find (it’s off Woodson road). I had to circle multiple times then ask someone where to go because there was very little signage. The one silver lining is the service I did interact with was good but call, very low quality experience. In the future, I’ll avoid renting from this location. Too many things that just made it an overall low quality experience. Especially after a long day of travel. Then, I spent a week in a half dirty rental car. If they had any other cars available I would have asked for a different option but the parking lot was bare. Not a good experience in multiple ways.
