    Peyton was a great help in getting my truck. I was still looking at other options and made him aware of this. He reassured me there was no pressure to buy then and there and that the vehicle would more than likely still be available if I didn’t like the other vehicles I was test driving. When I went to look at other vehicles the salesmen were very aggressive and told me over and over what decision I should make, unlike Peyton. The paperwork and numbers aspect of the process was very painless and Peyton explained everything I had questions about in detail.

    I am not someone who typically leaves negative reviews, but my experience with Enterprise over the past four days has been extremely frustrating due to poor communication and lack of follow-through.My experience began on Tuesday. I worked with a salesperson who was actually very helpful and professional, and I want to make it clear that this review is not directed at him. After discussing vehicle options, we began the application process, including income and identification information. I was told that a deal had been found that would work with my down payment, and everything seemed promising.However, I was then informed that the lender was being “difficult” and that I would either receive a call by noon the next day or could return in person. I was also told the vehicle could potentially be delivered to my home.The following day, I waited for a call that never came. By 1 PM, after hearing nothing, I went back to the location in person after work. Once again, I was told to expect an answer “tomorrow at noon” and that the car would be delivered. This same pattern continued from Tuesday through Friday—each day I was told to wait until the next day, with no proactive communication or updates unless I reached out myself.Additionally, I was initially informed that there was an issue with my Social Security number being entered incorrectly, and that I could bring in my physical card to resolve the issue and potentially try a different lender. However, when I followed up on Friday, the manager was dismissive and spoke to me in a rude manner, stating that I would not be approved and contradicting what I had previously been told. There was no attempt to revisit options or provide clarity—just a blunt and unhelpful response. Overall, the lack of communication, repeated unfulfilled promises, and inconsistent information made this a very disappointing experience. I was left feeling like I had to chase down answers myself, only to be met with conflicting information and poor customer service.Does anyone communicate internally at this location? Based on my experience, it does not seem like it. This business appears disorganized, and the customer experience suffers because of it.Throughout this process, I also noticed that the vehicle I was being told was available would repeatedly show as “just sold” on the website. This added to the confusion, as I was still being told the car could be delivered to me while the listing suggested otherwise. It made it very unclear whether the vehicle was actually available or if accurate information was being communicated internally. Now it is completely off the website.
