I had to install it myself. I have been having some health problems. So this was difficult. The battery cost me 271.00, It would have been cheaper at Walmart. I also went here because I thought that it was still under warranty. The guy at the counter said that I bought it in 2017, but the date on the battery was 9/21. I paid for an upgraded battery with a 5year warranty. That was a waste of money. I have been going to auto zone for 3 decades and today they lost my trust. The guy at the counter complained that they were too busy. I hope that problem goes away.

I have a 6 week old baby with me and Richard made sure to take care of me and was the nicest encounter I have ever encountered! I have never felt so special being a new mom and going in so sad because of the circumstances but I’m one happy mommy and customer now! The manager was also very helpful on duty but I didn’t catch his name! Nice young gentleman! Today is 12/10/25!
