Will and Emily were both very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and in the age of poor customer service across the board, this was a fantastic breath of fresh air. Will helped me figure out an issue with my car, which Dobbs had failed to do (don't go to Dobbs). He also taught me a lot about my car, maintenance, and parts. Needless to say, I am now a customer for life, and will be telling everyone I know to go to this Advance Auto.

Tried to buy some split wire loom that is listed online and in their stock as being sold by the foot and they denied selling it to me by the foot. They said I had to buy the entire 50 foot roll because they only sell it to Carmax and it makes it unsellable if it’s cut down smaller. Seemed to be OK until one of the employees Will stepped in and said that it was not able to be sold that way. I was also told that I was not able to purchase items because they were engine management parts without giving my phone number. I feel it’s my choice whether I purchase products without giving my phone number or not…… I will definitely think twice about coming back to this location to purchase parts.
