  I rate this location two stars because I didn’t have any issues over the years until last week. I had a situation with my car related to the battery or alternator. I went to another location and this location twice because my car wouldn’t start multiple times after the fact they told me my battery was good. When I when to this location on Muege the second time. I told the store associate that I would like to change the battery because it was on warranty but he told me that he couldn’t do that if the battery was good(which I believe it was because I got a jump prior to charged it enough to take it to the store). Which I found a little weird because the prior location was going to but the store associate in that location had physical restrictions to do it and other associates where busy. So, I went to the dealership to have them do a diagnostic and the result was a dead battery. So, they had charged me about the same amount as the battery around 230$ just for them to tell me THE SAME RESULT. I was thinking about going to manage or send an email to be reimbursed for the inconvenience!

  Mike was his name ! He gave great advice as a younger women thts just a girl. I came in for a battery issue and have been having to jumpstart my car daily , its been a pain especially in these cold weather conditions . He answered all my questions was very professional came out to my car with such a positive attitude and did not rush or brush off conversation I appreciate you!

  The staff at this location are excellent. They know their stuff and go above and beyond. They make sure that everyone is being helped. I needed to purchase a new battery for my car and have it installed. They had absolutely zero problem helping me. I was told at a different autozone location they didn’t have anyone there that could help me. I was told at a competitor that they can’t install the battery I needed. That their system tells them which batteries they can and cannot install.
