He found it to be weak since I didn’t have my tools, He said no problem. He had a new battery in under 10 minutes and I was on my way. That was great service from Rich and AutoZone. Thank you!

He hemmed and hawed so I asked someone else but he never came out to help me. I am a 75 year old female, I do t know how to do these things!!☹️
