Every time we call for an update, we get the same excuse: “waiting on parts.” This is completely unacceptable. They do not proactively contact you with updates; you only hear anything if you reach out first. If you need your car repaired in a timely manner, look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and go to a shop that values your time and communicates with their customers.
