Picking up a rental usually isn’t memorable—but Ryan, Brad, and Blake somehow made it the highlight of my day. These guys were fast, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing, all while bringing top-tier energy and humor. The process was smooth, stress-free, and actually fun (which feels illegal for a rental pickup).
They worked like a well-oiled machine with great vibes the whole time. If excellent customer service, teamwork, and charisma are promotion requirements, then congratulations, because these three absolutely nailed it. I Wouldn’t Change My Morning In Anyway Because Of These Awesome Fellas !

I picked a car up at the Wichita KS airport location and everything there was excellent. Very smooth and I loved the car. However, my experience at the Saint Ann (St. Louis), MO, location where I returned the vehicle the next day was anything but smooth.
The branch manager, Brad, was closing out my ticket at the St. Ann location and all but accused me of somehow causing hail damage to the top of the vehicle. There were three very small dings. Not to mention, I had only had the car for one night, and there was no hail in the region whatsoever, so I couldn’t have been responsible.
He explained to me that he had to report it because otherwise he would be held responsible for the damage (it would come out of his paycheck and his job would be on the line) and that the damage was my responsibility because the previous branch had not reported the damage. After a lot of arguing, he wrote it up (I did have damage waiver coverage) and I was finished there, albeit very frustrated with the entire return experience.
The next day I got a call from the Wichita branch manager, Blaine, and he informed me that the damage had already in fact been reported and it had been in the rental information. I appreciated learning that it was in fact already reported before me and my entire return experience could have been better had Brad checked the records more thoroughly.
I was very disappointed about my return experience. It was not the Enterprise experience I am used to having. The St. Ann branch manager seemed to be trying to flex his muscles and certainly did not uphold the Enterprise principles of customer service that I am used to.
Do not rent from this company. You will have to fight to get your deposit back. Its been 2 months and I still havent received my deposit back. They will SCAMM you out of your deposit and customer service is no help. I will never rent from this place again.
Very poor service, very poor location for renting cars. Car at this location need replaced very old and damaged. Had to wait 2 hour for a car that I reserved weeks ago then car broke down with no replacement for me
