  Never had any luck with Enterprise until using the Rolla Location. Hands down the best.

  We’ve rented from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location multiple times, and unfortunately our experiences have been inconsistent. On one occasion, the vehicle we reserved wasn’t available at all. Another time, the car wasn’t ready when we arrived, and we had to wait longer than expected. Most recently, we had a similar issue where the vehicle still wasn’t ready, which nearly caused us to be late for an important appointment. Each time we’ve visited, the staff has seemed understaffed and the operation somewhat disorganized. While we understand that things happen, repeated delays and lack of readiness have made it difficult to rely on this location when timing matters. We hope to see improvements in staffing, communication, and overall organization, as this location has the potential to provide much better service with the right support in place.

  Will never use this location again. Reserved a car online had a confirmation number and an appointment to pick up. Waited in a one hour line got to the front and was told they did not have anything. I was told that it was my fault because it was Spring Break and I only reserved it the night before. The fact is they where just giving cars out on a first come first serve basis regardless of appointment time or anything thing else. If you do not have any cars in stock do not rent them!!! What is the point of reserving the care. I was told they just do that, was not offered anything else. I have a corporate account and would have probably rented a on average 6 or 7 days per month or more every month. Would not recomend!!

  I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the poor service at this office. The location is consistently overcrowded, and there is only one employee handling all customers, which is clearly insufficient. The service is extremely slow and inefficient. Customers are forced to wait in line for up to 40 minutes just to get a car, which is unacceptable and unreasonable. I strongly urge management or a potential investor to address this issue by either improving staffing levels at this location or opening another nearby office with adequate employees to handle the demand. This situation needs immediate attention, as the current level of service does not meet acceptable standards.
