- RDRobert DudenhoefferFeb 11, 20261.0Went in for an oil change and transmission fluid change. The oil change was fine but when we got to the transmission fluid change, it was ridiculous. They asked me if I would be fine combining 2 different types of fluid, had us wait 3 hours, then had us sign a waiver of liability, wait another 20 minutes with the car up in the air. Then they changed their minds and said they couldn’t do it because of issues with the transmission. Per GM, the remedy to certain transmission issues is a fluid change to an updated formula of fluid. I asked the manager about this and he proceeded to catch an attitude and basically told me 5 years of certifications at GM didn’t mean anything. Manager needs to be fired for his poor attitude and lack of customer service. If they had told me that policy did not allow them to perform the service right at the beginning, I would have left a 5 star review. But it’s the fact we had to wait 3 hours just for them to change their minds….. will never be back and I advise everyone else to stay away.
