At 8 am I was told the car wasn’t ready bc snow plow covered them and he wasn’t sure how long it would take to shovel them out. At 10 I was told he didn’t know when the person shoveling was coming. At 2:00 I went in person and was told he wasn’t sure when a car would be ready bc people aren’t great about returning cars on time and the cars that were returned were returned with no key. What in the world is going on at that place!! Ridiculous and totally undependable. Unfortunately I will pay for a rental out of pocket from a dealership bc the gal that rammed my car has American family and they contract only with enterprise. Yay me 🙄
