    I am absolutely furious about the way my mom was treated at this location. She had reserved a small car days in advance so she could drive to Oklahoma to help my grandmother during her cancer radiation treatments. She planned and budgeted carefully — she simply could not afford the gas for a massive SUV on an eight-hour trip. This was already a stressful situation for her, and what happened next made everything ten times worse. When she arrived, she was told the car she had booked wasn’t available and that she should “come back later.” Then she was told her only option was to “upgrade” to a large SUV — and pay the full SUV rate, even though they were the ones who failed to provide the car she reserved. She explained why she couldn’t do that, and instead of any empathy, the manager, Matt, treated her with complete disrespect. And I mean disrespect. He raised his voice at her, talked down to her, and when she closed her eyes because she was overwhelmed and trying to calm herself — literally praying for patience — he mocked her. He actually asked, “What are you doing? Closing your eyes to talk to yourself? You’re crazy.” When she told him she was praying, he responded with, “I can’t with you right now.” That is one of the most unprofessional, cruel, and demeaning things I have ever heard a manager say to a customer. Then he told her she would be charged a cancellation fee — until she called my uncle. As soon as a man spoke on the phone, magically the attitude changed and suddenly they weren’t going to charge her after all. The fact that it took another man stepping in for her to be taken seriously is disgusting. She left in tears. She still never got the car she booked. And she lost an entire day she was supposed to be traveling to care for her mother who is battling cancer. This whole experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly heartbreaking. My mom had even left this location a good review before — and this is how she was treated. I would drive hours out of my way before ever trusting this place with my business again. The fact that there are other reviews describing similar behavior says everything. If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. Matt should not be in any kind of management position. This was beyond bad service — it was downright cruel.

    The branch manager Matt is very friendly and helpful. He and his employee went out of their way to make sure I got my rental. Matt eased my stress level by among my return easier. I would definitely rent from then again. The car was clean and in excellent condition

    I've rented from here a few times. Services has always been good. The last couple of times there has been Matt. I get that is to help me but he made the process effortless. For whatever reason the online reservation didn't take and he bent over backwards to help. 10/10 will go here again

    Matt was our representative in Rolla at Enterprise and he was amazing! We were stranded there with truck transmission problems and he hooked us up in a short time with a vehicle big enough to deliver baby furniture to our kids. Thank you Matt, your kindness and efforts were greatly appreciated.
