  I sure wish i was better with names and could remember them better be cause the guy that helped us yesterday had a great personality that helped me and my nephew so much he deserves to be reconized for his work he was so informational and genuinely cared to help us brain storm to see what parts we needed (which worked perfectly) And to him i hope you see this and know its you im talking about great job going above and.beyond i really appreciate it and we would have took forever figuring it out with out you. we were the guys from salem you helped again thank u we was on july/27/25 at 1:09pm store #00387 reg#2 csr#07 i will definitely be back

  Not a happy camper. Had a problem with my truck. Got a part. Part failed. Could be the part. It could've been another problem on my truck causing the new one to fail 15 minutes down the road. As I was trying to explain to the manager what happened, he made it a point to cut me off mid sentence to talk to everyone except me. When I'd finally explained what I needed to, he said "I dunno, take it to a mechanic. We're not mechanics." And walked away without even looking at the part (which is ALL I wanted him to do and even brought it back.) I not only felt dismissed by his blatant lack of even a listening ear but also judged because I was filling in for one of my guys who called out so I was in my work clothes driving the old work truck. Not to mention insulted that he'd think I'd go to AutoZone for advice on anything other than a product I purchased from them, which should be the basic standard I should expect. I ran a service department at a heavy equipment dealership and never once did my guys or the parts department dismiss a warranty related question asked by a customer who was on the property with the part with a frenchman's wave and not so much as a look *at the part*. Upon limping it to the farm, it turned out that my truck was, in fact, the problem but he could've maybe ascertained that with a quick glance at the part and the point of failure. I wont be going back to Rolla's store and I'll be paying off and switching to the Napa in Marshall for my commercial account in that area of the state. I didn't expect much. I didn't even expect a replacement part, had he even looked at it. We don't have a commercial account at the Rolla location and the conduct ensures it won't be considered. It's more of an indictment on corporate America that places get so big that they don't have to care and they ran out all the mom and pop places that have to compete for business with good service and not arrogant fools with snotty attitudes. I'll let a backhoe rot in the field before I let myself or any of my associates or vendors be subjected to that.
