  My mother-in-law, who is single and don’t have a man in her life to help her went in bought two batteries for her key fob because the batteries were low. The guys helped her at the time but then when she open her door, the panic button went crazy, and they were not working, right. Then they had the audacity to tell her that she is on her own. I’ve always known AutoZone and O’Reilly’s to help people and seen her post on Facebook made me very angry. They were just lazy and did not want to help after she spent money there. What kind of place does that and what kind of men tell a single older woman that she is on her own. Thank God for YouTube because my mother-in-law fixed it on her own. I do not recommend going to this place if you need help I wouldn’t even spend my money there. I also find it funny that all the reviews that pop up first are 5 stars so if you were looking to look for a review, I would definitely recommend screen because they try only showing the good ones
