  If you want to throw your money away, feel free to come here. They charged $17 just to wash the exterior of the vehicle—including the "free" vacuum service—and they have a manager who wouldn't even allow me to rinse off the floor mats. I realized that I definitely won't be switching away from Club Car Wash. Furthermore, they are understaffed.

  Very Disappointing Experience I paid $45 plus $4 for cargo cleaning (total $49) expecting a decent full-service car wash, but the results were very poor. The interiors, seats, and cargo area were not cleaned properly at all—it felt like a complete waste of money. I had to ask them 3–4 times to clean properly, which was frustrating, and eventually I just left because it wasn’t worth arguing anymore. The manager was soft-spoken while explaining the plans, but the actual service didn’t match what was promised. The team captain (a lady) who handled the situation was harsh and not helpful, which made the experience worse. Overall, very disappointing service for the price. I won’t be coming back and definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

  My husband and I visited on March 28, 2026 at the Richmond Heights location! The staff was Amazing which included, Isiah David, Charles, Anthony and Seema! The customer service was all around great!!! Our vehicle was extremely clean!!

  I recently visited Waterway Carwash and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. My vehicle is brand new, and after the interior detail, I noticed damage to the dashboard that was not present beforehand. I brought this to the attention of management immediately, hoping for a reasonable resolution. However, I was met with a lack of accountability and a refusal to take ownership of the situation. As a customer, I understand that issues can happen—but how a business responds is what truly matters. I had expected a higher level of care and customer service, especially when trusting a company with a new vehicle. Unfortunately, this experience has left me frustrated and hesitant to return. I would encourage others to carefully consider this when choosing where to take their vehicle.

  This waterway is one of the best. Been a member here for a while since they have opened. My sister got a car last week and could not figure out how to use the key to get her gas tank unlocked. Thanks to Audrey and Dennis for helping us with getting the tank unlocked for us. They also help us with a car wash for her new car. Definitely an amazing experience with the kindest people.
