  This waterway is one of the best. Been a member here for a while since they have opened. My sister got a car last week and could not figure out how to use the key to get her gas tank unlocked. Thanks to Audrey and Dennis for helping us with getting the tank unlocked for us. They also help us with a car wash for her new car. Definitely an amazing experience with the kindest people.

  Exceeds expectations. On a very busy wash day after area snow melt, the membership reader didn’t immediately recognize my membership sticker. To avoid delay for me and others, the outside entry attendant took my name and number, assured me her GM (Jason) would investigate any glitch, remedy it and phone me afterward. Then, she sent me through. I trusted the GM to do as the attendant said, except I doubted he would take the time to call me. Despite my pessimism, Jason the GM did call to report I was good to go, and to apologize for any inconvenience. Jason even patiently remained on the line when I answered but had to wait several seconds to speak. I live fewer than 2 miles from 3 automatic carwashes. Waterway Richmond Heights is the best for smooth operation, value, and customer support. Thank you Waterway Richmond Heights!

  I am writing this to warn other drivers..... if you like your car in one piece DO NOT USE WATERWAY CAR WASH!!!! On Feb. 6, 2026, during the wash a piece of my passenger wiper flew off in the blower section. I immediately notified the manager, Jasen G. and showed him the damage. He went into the car wash to find my damaged part and returned with 3 pieces of other parts (not my car) along with mine. That was very concerning! Despite my car being in excellent condition and regularly serviced the management refused to take responsibility. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO ELSEWHERE. Waterway Car wash does not take care of their customers!!! Always check your car before you leave the premises. We will be pursuing this further with the BBB and our insurance company. BEWARE!!!!! Please note that if there were negative stars that is what they would get.

  This is by far the best exterior and interior clean in town. Of all the Waterway locations, the one on Watson reigns superior with an always friendly staff and thorough cleaning. I'm never disappointed with the service here!
