It's the stupidest concept. If I want extra , I would stop and add extra to my wash, but most of the time I don't. I am forced to stop every single time, the screens are terrible, they don't work most of the time..it's the most frustrating thing I have to deal with almost every day. And that's the reason I am on a verge of cancelling my account. It's absurd to have a set up that your membership member are forced to deal with all that . Change your system...it doesn't work!!!! People are not stupid!!!
