Mike has the best customer service and took time out of his personal life to help with a persisting oil leak. They do quality work and the definition of an honest shop.

Good, honest, Ukranian guys who know their business well. Paul is particularly accommodating. Did a lot of body and electrical work and tried to smooth things out with the insurance company. Nothing over the top in any negative ways.

I came in for a rear brake issue.
While the mechanical work on the brakes seems fine, the customer service regarding their other recommendations was disappointing.
They flagged an exhaust leak-noting 'FLEW PIPE IS BUSTED' in the inspection report-and immediately quoted me nearly $1,000 to replace the entire rear catalytic converter assembly. When I called to ask for clarification on the price and the risk, the man on the phone was impatient, condescending, and rushed me off the line. He used what felt like scare tactics, claiming that 'banging' on the rusty parts could lead to replacing the entire exhaust system for $1,600+.
I declined the exhaust service because replacing a good converter for a broken flex pipe mesh felt like an unnecessary upsell, and I didn't appreciate the pressure or the attitude when I simply tried to ask questions. I authorized the brakes via their text link just to avoid dealing with them on the phone again.
The work gets done, but double-check their quotes and don't let them rush you.
