We have been working with Big Bend Auto for many years. Mike Glantz and his team of people do an excellent job! We trust them with the repairs that are needed; never trying to over sell. Repairs are done in a timely manner at a fair price. Trust is a big issue with any service today, but extremely important when it comes to auto repair. We have been taking our cars to Big Bend Auto for many years and would not consider going anywhere else.

I brought my car in for an A/C inspection and was told the blend door needed replacement. Later, I called to see if I could pick up the car to drive it for the week. Instead of a straightforward answer, I was met with an angry, unprofessional tone — and I responded in kind. I don’t tolerate rude behavior. This event was surprising to me with the amount of positive reviews they have.
I explained I hadn’t responded to their quote because I was in a meeting, but the situation escalated until I was told to just “come get my car.” What I didn’t realize was the car was left disassembled. I would have been fine leaving it there if it had been communicated respectfully. Instead, the conversation turned defensive, capped with the statement: “you don’t want me to raise my voice at you.”
If I ever spoke to a client like that in my business, I’d expect them to push back — and I’d know I was wrong. Professional service means owning mistakes, not doubling down on them.
Upon arriving at the shop, I was notified that the car in fact did not need to be reassembled.
