I declined the exhaust service because replacing a good converter for a broken flex pipe mesh felt like an unnecessary upsell, and I didn't appreciate the pressure or the attitude when I simply tried to ask questions. I authorized the brakes via their text link just to avoid dealing with them on the phone again. The work gets done, but double-check their quotes and don't let them rush you.
