- GGGavinMar 27, 20265.0TL;DR: Fantastic service, cannot recommend this place enough My car was no longer under the dealership warranty, so I decided to try this shop at the recommendation of a friend. My check engine light came on right before I was going to get an emissions test and renew my plates. They were able to get me in within a few days. After they inspected it, they informed me it was going to be over $3,000 all together to fix the issues it had. I started to think I was going to get taken advantage of since I'm not a car person, but the person I spoke with on the phone (Mike I think?) actually recommended I talk to the dealership first since 3rd party parts were not made for my Ford EcoSport anymore, and the work might be cheaper directly at the dealership because of it. I spoke with the dealership and they quoted me about the same price, but with a few more weeks lead time. I decided to stick with this mechanic since the process was already started here. They said it would likely be a multiple day repair, but they got in done in 5 hours! Not only was the work fast and reasonable in price, but they remember my name after literally one visit. The customer service that this place provides is excellent.
