After filing a claim and the manager reviewing the camera footage, they determined they were not at fault. We were not given an opportunity to review the footage, nor did they look at our vehicle again. We were not having this issue prior to the oil change, which leads us to believe they are at fault. We were told that they didnt have to touch the part that was damaged to change the oil, but that is not true, as those parts are next to each other. Throughout the oil change, the employees were acting unprofessional and it is extremely disappointing that we are left to deal with this $1100 mistake on our own.

The service technician put my mileage in at 820,000 miles when I read off 82,000 miles to him. They also lost the screw to the housing on my air filter and didn't say anything about it. I didn't see that it was missing until I got my truck back home. I asked them not to touch the air filter because I replace that myself but they took it out anyway. I've used Valvoline for years, but I will never take it to this location again.
