  I ordered some food for pickup that was supposed to be brought out to my car. Unfortunately, the employees kept looking straight at me while I sat in my car waiting for 10 minutes while my food got cold. I specified my car placement in the lot, and type and waited, and waited... Finally frustrated and hungry I went in. They acted stupid and my food was just sitting there, cold and my whip was all melted. These two employees were RUDE and didn't care that THEY were supposed to bring my food to my car. Furthermore, the bbq sandwich was sub par, soggy, cold, and barely any meat in it. Don't waste your money getting these items, what a rip off and terrible service. No smiles, no apologies, no service.

  The blonde cashier that works here late nights needs to learn a little bit about customer service. Everytime I come here, his attitude is terrible.

  Egg rolls were in the ready section but they were ice cold. Possibly still frozen in the middle, I didn't get that far.

  I absolutely love being able to grab a quick bite for lunch & get back to the office. I get it, busy rushes happen & sometimes it's hard to keep up. However, the quality of food is one thing you CAN control. Where's the beef? If I'd wanted just the bun, I would've gone across the street to the grocery store. I'd attach a picture but you don't give that option.

  Update: they consistently don't have many of the condiments. This makes the value is less than its supposed to be. These guys really need to get on it and make sure they have all the condiments stocked! Super nice here. The employees work hard yet stay friendly. They're really well stocked. This is my favorite QT location: a great place to make a pit stop during a Dashing shift.
