I came in after my car had been broken into, vandalized and the situation eventually ended with my car being totaled. It was an incredibly stressful time, but Jerry’s kindness and compassion made all the difference. He was so friendly, patient and genuinely caring from the moment I walked in. Because it was snowing, Jerry upgraded me to an SUV with excellent gas mileage to make sure I had something safe and reliable to drive. That level of thoughtfulness meant more to me than he probably knows. Jerry didn’t just do his job, he showed real empathy, professionalism and humanity. He turned a really awful situation into something manageable and made me feel taken care of every step of the way. If you’re ever in Raytown and need a rental, ask for Jerry. He is truly amazing and an absolute asset to Enterprise.

THEY SAID IT WAS A SEPARATE PAYMENT FROM THE 300$ KEPT ‼️ STILL DOESN’T MAKE SENSE I DONT KNOW WHY MY DEPOSIT WAS KEPT TO BEGIN WITH BUT IVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS SINCE I’VE RENTED FROM THIS PLACE SO I FEEL LIKE THEY ARE DOING THIS OUT OF SPITE ‼️‼️ I CAN’T STAND TO TALK TO ANY EMPLOYEE THERE THEY ARE ALL RUDE ‼️‼️ I’M DISPUTING THIS WITH MY BANK THIS PLACE SCAMS YOU DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION ‼️‼️‼️‼️
