- AAArtemisMar 31, 20261.0My Mother and I drove an hour to get to the location and we had a reservation. Things were going smooth until the lady asked half way if she had a utility bill for some reason. On the website it didn’t say we required any other documentation besides an ID. So we were a little confused. My mother doesn’t have a way to show them so they said she has to pay with credit. My mother doesn’t have a credit card and didn’t think she’d need one because the site said you can pay with Debit or Credit with no stipulations attached. Well, that was a lie and also they do not accept Cashapp as a valid payment provider for some reason. So this is your notice for any Cashapp users here, DO NOT come here. Basically, we got our time wasted and didn’t get to rent a car because of lack of information. Kinda ridiculous and I don’t think we’ll be coming back here. It should be stated on the reservation that you need ALL of these things and not just something that gets thrown at you halfway through.

Ridiculous system , unorganized office, and a waste of time to try and rent from the Poplar Bluff location.
