He saved me from a huge mechanic bill and kept me and my kids from getting stranded over an hour from home. Thank you sir for going the extra mile and helping out someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars, is blind as a bat, will cut a battery thingy in desperation to get a battery out just to find out it STILL wont come out of the car. Then spend another hour trying to get that last bolt out because GM is backasswards and doesn't follow the law of lefty loosey righty tighty noooo they have to mess it all up and go righty tighty. Just to figure out that we just have to go to the right to get the battery out. Ok now we have a cut up battery holder thingy but no problem the battery is still secure. But the cooling fan wont shut off and this mama was frazzled to her wits end and ready to disconnect every wire she could see to make it stop. Anyway enough of that and thank you sir for helping a frazzled mom get her messed up buick full of ducks and kids back on the road. You deserve a huge pay raise and maybe a months worth of vacation in the Bahamas. Tell your district manager thanks a million.
