  John was extremely helpful in accommodating my rental due to the hail storm. Even though I could not make it in due to my long work hours, he was able to make sure I received service. I noticed his friendly interactions with his employees and how much they respected him. Even during these stressful, catastrophic conditions, you can tell that they all enjoy working with him. He was very knowledgeable of the policies of Enterprise and even with my insurance USAA. When his computer was giving him trouble, he was quick to solve the problem and get me on my way. Thank you John for such a pleasant experience at Enterprise. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again and they have my top recommendation.

  Fast, efficient and made the transition seamless. Thank you to the team in place in this office for helping me through a very rough day as no one expects to be in an accident.

  BEWARE!!!!! The pick up was rather easy and staff was pleasant. However, when returning they assumed there was hail damage to the car because their area had a bad hail storm on Tuesday evening. We don't live near that area and we only got rain. They are now wanting to charge me for damage the car already had when I picked it up. Beyond frustrated with the staff this morning. Do not use this location!!!!!! I will update post if they make this right.

  Extremely frustrating experience. I’ve been traveling to Kansas City for work every week this past two months and my company prefers Enterprise, but I’ve had repeated issues actually getting a car at the airport location. This time I sprinted off my flight and took an Uber to this location before closing because the airport location had no cars available yet again. Multiple people returned cars while I was standing there and I was the last customer in the store before closing. I had even seen 5 cars available online earlier but didn’t book because I wasn’t sure I’d make it before closing. By the time I arrived, the website wouldn’t allow a reservation because it was too close to closing time. When I asked if I could rent one of the cars that had just been returned, I was told no and was directed to another location. When I asked if that location was open, I was told it was already closed. The only solution offered was to come back at 7am the next morning to get a car. After rushing to get there before closing and seeing vehicles being returned in front of me, it was really disappointing to be turned away with no real solution.

  Had a reservation WITH confirmation number, when I show up I'm told they dont have cars. The supervisor who was very unprofessional tried telling me it was MY responsibility to call them and confirm they had cars AFTER I got my confirmation number from them. Ridiculous. I'm a business traveler for over 25 years and have rented hundreds of cars, this was a new one. Avoid this place, it's a joke.
