Then had to wait even longer while some one else who had arrived after me got their business dealt with. I finally got to look at the trailers only to have the salesperson spend less then a minute with me and didn't answer my questions. They decided to help someone else who had just arrived and started answering their questions while I stood there. Gave up and left. Decided I'd go the the previous dealer and spend a little more there since they had provided actual customer service.
