I must say, I have had more problems trying to get these pumps to work than at any other gas station. It took us 25 minutes to get the pump to work which included two trips into the store. Their machine would not allow me to pump the gas. There is absolutely no convenience here. Even after all of that, I never got my $.10 off per gallon. I think the owners of pilot flying J need to know that they are falling very short.
