The employee I dealt with was rude and unprofessional, and she refused to scan my rewards, which prevented me from receiving the reward I was entitled to. This lack of courtesy and basic customer service was unacceptable.

- CWCameron WoodJan 13, 20261.0Absolutely the worst ive seen so far. Im a truck driver and frequent pilot and flying j. Stopped on 1-13-26 at 6:00pm to get something to eat. There was 2 chicken strips and one piece of pizza available. I went into the Dennys to eat and after 20 min I had to go find someone to take my order. There was only a few people seated so I have no idea what the problem was. Other people were getting up and walking out because they couldn't get waited on. When food finally arrived it was subpar. Ordered a side salad. Took another 20 min just to get it to the table and was so soggy i couldn't eat it! Definitely will not be back here!
