What was even better than all the other Valvoline I been to, they asked to replace a filter behind my glove box, which I NEVER even knew was there because no one asked before. In all my years of oil changes, that was the first! Now I can breathe better too and ride smooth! So that was impressive! Thanks guys!

Staff is friendly knowledgeable didn't try to forcibly or pressure upsell but did provide me options for later down the road which I'm more inclined to pursue being that I wasn't pressure into buying something I wasn't ready for. The service was quick and I was able to do it during my lunch at work. Many thanks to all the guys who took care of my car.

Stoped by valvoline, told them what happen the man who identified himself as the supervisor said it was the crank case! They checked nothing! This usually happens after an oil change with my 2017 Ford Escape which has 46,000 miles on it. The supervisor was rude, condescending, and said “you don’t have to come back”…..What? I’ve gone there for several years now. And never once have I ever been treated rudely, also I’ve never seen him there, ever. He even suggested I go to Car Quest and buy some electronic gizmo and work on my car. Really? I’m 85 years old. He needs to be counseled in customer service and frankly anger management training.
