    Prompt and quick. As well as knowledgeable team members. Working at 9:26 AM Saturday each one deserves a raise. Especially guys at the far right bay. Looked up my account and got my battery replaced. Thank you.

    Oil change was fine, but technicians should remind people to turn off headlights after the headlight test. I always keep them on auto, so after turning them on manually I forgot to turn them off. Fully drained my battery.

    10/10. I slipped into a bay at this Valvoline location for a quick oil change while I was out shopping. I was driving one of the vehicles we don’t use very often and I could not be sure if it was due for service???? The V techs quickly determined, through records, that service was not needed (yet) for my Jeep. So, they aired 2 of my tires, topped off the wiper fluid, checked my coolant level, and sent me on my way. I tried to pay for those maintenance services but THEY WERE OFFERED AT NO CHARGE. This is the reason I always look for Valvoline when I need an oil change. They keep good records and they offer consistent support for routine vehicle maintenance between oil changes. Thanks gentlemen, for reassuring me that Valvoline is a good choice!
