Good parts store with knowledgeable personnel when sufficiently staffed. However, I've experienced very poor counter service on more than one occasion.
The times this has happened, my presence wasn't even acknowledged, and twice I actually had to walk out and go to another brand's store.
As a customer ready to pay their high retail prices, being ignored doesn't feel very good.
