- ADAngel DelaosaApr 26, 20261.0Pulled up to this pilot for diesel on 4/24/26 then parked and slept for the night. The next morning 4/25/26 I went thru pump #25 had an older gentleman that works there claimed I hit the pump. Mind you my trailer sits low as it is a hotshot trailer. They were quick to ask for my information and told me to just leave. Cops were called and as soon as the officer saw my trailer he told me there’s no marks on your trailer. Manager had to come out because the guy working there couldn’t pull up video. In the video it shows me clearing the pump with no issues. Didn’t touch either side even tho they claimed I did. Don’t recommend this pilot at all. I’ve been all over this country with no issues. Next time ya go blaming some one have proof. Thank you for ruining my morning and making me feel like I did something bad when in reality it was an 18 wheeler that hit ya pump.

Nasty stairs 1/2 mile from the parking lot that’s laid out wrong and tight and just miserable. You have Pilot or subway food. Over priced and under staffed store. People are great, showers are small but clean.
- ZJZ JohnsonApr 3, 20261.0The parking lot is far too small for the volume of traffic this location handles, making navigation difficult. More importantly, the restroom was in an unacceptable state. While I understand staff can't control every customer's behavior, the presence of various bodily fluids including blood and seman that is a serious hygiene issue. Needs a complete overhaul of their cleaning schedule.
