  Had a great experience at Ozark Chevrolet while purchasing a new company truck. Wade Bailey, salesperson, did a great job at showing me my options, very detailed and had great knowledge of his lineup. Will be using Wade again on next purchase.

  The staff here is absolutely amazing here, especially Mr. Travis Beatty, he showed the up most respect to us and was a fantastic gentleman to get to know, he was very knowledgeable and tried his best to get us the deals we asked and successfully accomplished without any issues,usually dealerships are a pain to deal,but not Ozark Chevrolet!! So easy, so painless, in amd out maybe 2 hours. Then guys know what they are doing!

  I can’t say enough great things about the Service Department at Ozark Chevrolet in Ozark, Missouri. Trace Montee, the service scheduler, has been absolutely outstanding—always professional, helpful, and proactive. She made sure I stayed on top of my regular oil changes and even went the extra mile to let me know about a great deal on tires, which saved me money. What really stood out, though, was the attention to detail from the maintenance crew. A couple of months ago, they caught a flaw in a couple of my tires that I hadn’t noticed. That kind of thoroughness and care likely prevented a serious safety issue for me and my family, and I’m incredibly grateful for that. It’s rare to find a team that combines great customer service with genuine concern for your safety. Huge thanks to Trace and the entire service crew.

  Absolutely the best experience! I went in to test drive a particular used car and wasn't impressed. Travis listened to what I needed and what I was looking for, and suggested I take a look at a Trax. Fell in love with it during the test drive and came back later that week to buy one. The whole purchase process was easy, comfortable, fun and very well-explained. Travis and his team found me the best deal at the best rate, and I ended up with a car I love! I am an Ozark Chevrolet customer for life!
