  Came here to switch out a rental from another location… it was a busy Saturday at a small location and the guy working was incredibly helpful despite a few hiccups and confusion on our end. He could have easily written us off or gotten annoyed with our situation, but he was friendly and happy to help. I didn’t catch his name, but he said he’d only been an intern/part time until recently and kept apologizing for needing to call his manager to figure something out. We really appreciated his patience and help getting our vehicle switched out!

  Great experience! The first time a staff would use shell screening to show me the car condition. Thank you John! Great communication and service!

  DO NOT use this location - very dishonest staff that will convince you to add extra items and tell you it’s one cost but they will end up giving extra charges. Staff is dishonest and will not do what is right.

  By far the worst experience twice over. The first year we rented a car they called us the day we were supposed to leave and told us that the all-wheel-drive vehicle that we were supposed to have for our trip was not available so we settled for a 2 Wheel drive vehicle ended up having to cut our trip short two days because of the weather that was coming in and the vehicle wouldn’t have been able to travel on i. We rebooked again this year with an all-wheel-drive vehicle again. They just phoned us saying they don’t have an all-wheel-drive vehicle that we’re gonna have to take a 2 Wheel drive vehicle again for the second time in a row. sSo if you want nothing but problems and hassle this is the place to go.

  I made a stop at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and they said you could not enter the price to win a car and I was like what you said enterprise went a car and I said that is just bogus man You can't be doing that and they said actually we can do that because we get to say the rent on the car and I was like you saying rent on the car I'm saying the car they said we don't do that here sir and I said why not and they said because if you enterprise win car then we actually lose money and I said well maybe you should get a better business strategy than enter your price to win a car it was just this whole setup and the guy was arguing back and forth and I didn't even get a car at the end so I think I just really went to the wrong place and maybe I should go to a better one but that'll have to be next time I need a car because I purchased
