A couple trips to the dealership and Wade had us set up to drive our 2026 Z71 Tahoe home. Absolutely love the Tahoe! We had such a great experience that we came back this week and bought another vehicle from them. We also really liked the trade-in assessor (don’t remember his name). They were all so nice and friendly and not pushy at all. We give this place and the experience 10/10. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

This just happened, My husband went into the Service Dept, spoke with the Rep, regarding his Diesel Truck, 2019 Silverado 2500HD 6.6 DuraMax. He had an Indepth conversation including bringing the Scan reports, my husband ran after changing the Oxygen Sensor and pump. After much discussion, The Rep said that they had seen this issue before and he Assured him that if they repaced the sensor and cleared the error it would FIX IT. He brought the truck in so if they got an opening they could work on it. My husband spoke to Alanzo, who assured My husband that this $1300 job would FIX IT my husband Re-iterated this again and was told YES! WELL, NOPE, it Didn't Fix it, but they encouraged him to let them replace another punp for $2300, AND After talking for 45 min to Both a Service Manager and the Rep Alonzo, they Insisted my Husband PAY the $1300, even though it fixed NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!! They said that this is GENERAL MOTORS PROTOCAL.....We Will NEVER Step Foot in A general Motors Shop again and WILL Encourge EVERYONE TO NOT AS WELL!! The Icing on the Cake was after taking the $1300 check they had the Audacity to say "Merry Christmas" REALLY?? STAY AWAY FROM OZARK CHEVROLET!
- AIAudrey IpockDec 15, 20251.0NEVER BUT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OR FROM LEVI RUST. To start off I am a young woman and was treated like a child. I bought a 2017 Chevy Malibu premier with a turbo from them July 2 2025. Levi treated me and my husband like we were the dumbest people to walk in there. They were asking over Kelly blue book and when we tried to negotiate Levi was VERY rude and told us he couldn’t and then all the sudden he could. They dropped the price to 40$ over blue book and he said “ if you wanna walk for 40$ the go ahead”. He was so rude to us to the point when he walked away I was in tears. We bought the car anyways because it was my dream car. It had 80,000 miles on it and was supposed to be a sound car…. Fast forward 6 months and now my transmission is shot, leaking oil, head gasket going out. These people will talk up every car on their lot but don’t be deceived. If I were to do it all over again I would do exactly what he said and walked out over that 40$ so again DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT ONE THAT WONT LAST 5000 miles.
