  Had to bring in my wife's vehicle for break pad replacement and an oil change. Incredible customer service. While I waited for my vehicle to be completed, I witnessed numerous interactions between walk-in customers and the staff at Mitchem who were all willing to help people as much as they could for each specific situation. They are honest, professional, and committed to find the best possible solution(s) for your specific need(s). During my wait period, they were constantly busy, but they were swift, thorough, and trustworthy.

  always pleasant, courteous staff. hate I have to spend the money $ but the Ozark bunch being nice and looking out for ya at least makes ya feel better in the long run. Go Mitchem

  Came here for a state inspection. They got me taken care of quickly and even aired up a low tire for me because they noticed it. Thanks, gentlemen!

  Went in to get tires balanced on my new pickup. Koda and Shawn were great. It took a bit, but only because one of my wheels was bent. They ended up still being able to make it work, rotated the bent wheel to the rear, and even pulled my brake shoes to remove debris. No upselling at all, just did the work without being asked. Can’t recommend them enough.
