    John was amazing he walked me around the car showed me where the spare tire was as he was Squeeging the rain water off of the car the entire time Workers will have thank you so much John For such awesome customer service

    So I'm clear I do not have a beef with this specific branch location in fact I've been very happy with the service I've been provided in the past at every Enterprise branch. My problem is that after making a reservation last night for a pickup first thing in the morning I found out that Enterprises website doesn't actually know what the inventory is at specific branch locations for first thing the next day. So we can send Rockets into outer space and catch them as they fall back to earth but Enterprise corporate website does not know what their branch locations inventory is and we'll let you make a reservation even though there is no vehicles available for first thing the next day? Do better Enterprise.
