  It started off not to bad, Until I pulled in for my oil change first of all I gave my name the worker continued to pull up the wrong person. He didn’t give me an option of what type of oil I was using just put it in the system, I had to continue to ask if they could please check my tires for the tire pressure. I didn’t receive a receipt or a sticker for my windshield to let me know when my next oil change is due. Didn’t realize no receipt or sticker was given until after I left. I was just over it at that point & wanted to leave. I’m sure I will not use this location any longer. I did forget to say I was told my oil filter was loose but it was tightened up so thank you for that.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service. I originally went in for a routine oil change since they’ve always been my go-to, and the team was incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Although I was hesitant at first when the technician recommended a transmission flush, I’m really glad I trusted their advice—my car has been running noticeably smoother ever since. On top of that, they went the extra mile by topping off my windshield washer fluid and checking and filling my tires, which I really appreciated. Everyone there was so friendly, greeting me with a smile and making the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I always have a great experience when I go to this location! I had the pleasure of working with Christopher and Marcus. They were very knowledgeable, kind, and down to earth. What made me leave a review this time 1.I had time lol 2. Me and my 81 grandmother both went for oil changes. My grandmother is still young lol but she hates driving over the pit she thinks her car will fall through lol I think the same sometimes lol. Ever employee there helped my grandmother out of the car and took her inside the waiting area. They were sooooo sweet to my grandma I had to write this review! So run and don’t walk to this location great work, experience, professional, fast, and they all smile 😊 you don’t get that every where! And the assistant manager is always awesome I can’t remember his name but he’s a great guy(light skin)! Oh and Jontez had the pleasure of working with my grandmother he definitely went the extra mile! I had the white 300🤗

  I've been coming to this location for a couple years. What I've noticed is when the manager or senior employees are in the service is top notch. But when its some of the younger staff its very rushed, unprofessional, full service isn't done and then they shove a code in your face wanting a review or rating. Overall it's usually hit or miss but your service will get done so there's that. All in all if your needing service quick go early on a day where some of the more senior employees are present.

  I went to valvoline to get an oil change and Lorenzo was my technician. He asked me about my air filter and had it been cleaned etc I answered him honestly and said I normally take my car back to the Lou Fusz GMC Dealership on page to be serviced so I don't know. When Lorenzo pulled that air filter out and showed me how the dealership DID NOT clean nor check my air filter when I went in for my 1 free oil change; when I saw the 3 dead mummified mice and the nest that was created I was floored. Mind you my car is a 2025 that was purchased in December of 2024 that nest was huge which stipulated that Lou Fusz severly dropped the ball regarding the care and the service that I entrusted them with. VALVOLINE ROCKS and from now on I'm only dealing with VALVOLINE!!!! GREAT JOB LORENZO...YOU ARE THE BEST!! 👌 👍🏽 😍 🥰
