  I have high praise for the crew at Valvoline on Page Ave in St. Louis, Mo. On March 9, 2026 I needed a new battery and my prior experience at this location made me want to use their service again. I had not known that they even change car batteries. We all thought it would be an in and out job, but my old battery had other plans. I noticed that the mechanic was having difficulty getting the old battery out and I watched him struggling with an array of tools, but nothing seemed to work! Other mechanics came over to lend a hand. They were able to get the battery out but the cable wouldn’t come loose. The corrosion had fused the cable to the battery post and when he finally got the cable off the post came with it! They quickly got the new battery installed, but it was a good experience for me maybe not so much for the staff, but I never heard a complaint or even a bad word from this crew. Thank you for the wonderful service you provide.

  The experience I've had at Valvoline in Overland, Mo. was the best. I not only had my car service there I had my mom's done as well. The gentlemen there are very respectful and knowledgeable of their work. I recommend any and everyone to go and experience their customer service. We need that everywhere. Thank you Chrishawn, Moody, and Marcus you guys are the bomb.com

  The group of young men who serviced me where so professional and friendly. I was encouraged to get a radiation flush and I am so happy I did because my car is driving better. The entire team at the 10448 Page location that worked Saturday afternoon deserve a great big bonus for their hard work on a super busy day and their professionalism.

  Came in yesterday (Feb 28, 2026) for an oil change and Jay (JAY) took care of me. He was professional, chill, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Explained what was going on, didn’t try to pressure me, and had me in and out. Appreciate the solid service—highly recommend this location.

  Crew was very friendly but very talkative and didn't seem to be paying much attention to us. Although the talking didn't bother us, it seems because we were one of the last customers, they didn't complete the light check and they spilled fluid on my radiator doing a radiator flush and now my car won't pass safety so I can get it registered. Might've just been one slightly bad experience though.. I always go here for all of my cars since 2019.. I always get good service and have never had anything to complain about. Staff is always friendly & knowledgeable. Wait time can be long depending on when you go but usually worth the wait.
