However, Mr. Shaw was the consummate professional, who contacted me, and wanted to honestly hear about my experience. His assurance that he valued my business was authentic and he absolutely made it right. Mr. Shaw exceeded my expectations and has definitely gained my trust and respect. He was able to smooth out a rough situation and I will definitely remain a customer. Thank you, Mr. Shaw.

They're very professional and, above all, very kind people. I don't remember the name of the person who helped me, but they were very, very kind. They deserve to be employee of the month.
