  I just want to say be aware. I had my truck (Ford F-150) delivered to this location when it would not start. I was told it was the starter and would be a $1000 job. I didnt have that so I let the know I could agree to that. I also told them, during the same call my paycheck would hit that Friday (4 days from that day) and the guy said that is fine. The morning of that Friday, I ubered over to the shop and noticed my truck door was ajar. Upon walking up to the truck I realized my truck was broken into AND vandalized on this lot. Seriously, my heart broke as this was the last gift my father gave me before he passed away in 2015. I called to have it reported and then I waited for the shop to open. When the shop opened and I told the worker, his response was "We are not liable for any damage to the truck while parked here. You also had it here longer than it was supposed to." I then told him that we discussed this over the phone and he was the one that said it was okay. I was baffled that he immediately went into this defense. No, is the inside of the truck okay, or did you loose anything? No, his response was we are not liable. There is also no sign on the lot (I checked after this conversation) that states they are not liable for vehicles parked in the lot. To his only defense, he agreed to cover the diagnostic fee that I was going to pay for. Honestly, had he just showed some understanding I would have been fine, but that just added insult to injury. Just because mindful of the area this location is at and the lack of care that these employees have. There is definitely a risk associated with handing your keys over to this location. Oh yes, last thing, I had the truck towed to another Car-X location that gave a completely different experience and explained why the starter replacement would be so expensive. I still didnt have the funds at the time, so I had to refuse service again but they said, "When you are ready, here is my card, just give me a call!" Same company name, Completely different service and care! Don't say you have not been made aware!

  This place is my new mechanic! I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Prices were very fair and workmanship was great. I was impressed with the fact that the mechanic used a torque wrench to finish tightening the lug nuts so that they weren’t over-tightened. Very pleased with the quality of the service.   I love it here. My experience was amazing. Everyone was pleasant with great customer service. Ryan the manager ( front desk & mechanic roles as well) was very informative. He greets you with pleasantry, very patient and honest! Unlike some shops he is not into to just taking your money , he advices very well and go above and beyond to provide a satisfying experience! Thank you Ryan and staff I will never go to another location again , unless Ryan moves to manage there lol.

  Who knew a dreaded emissions test could provide such a feel-good experience? Was not expecting that this morning. Ryan was fantastic. So professional and patient. While waiting, I observed him interact with other customers and was struck by his kindness and compassion.
