I had an appointment at 10 AM. I arrived about 9:30. I came for a slow leak in one tire. ( this is a rental by the way ) They were supposed to get me in and out which is why I decided to book an appointment, so I wouldn’t have to wait a long period of time. It’s now 12:30 and I’m still in here !! & on top of that The guy with the glasses and the others behind that door tried to get extra money and tell me ALL tires had to be replaced .. THESE ARE ALL NEW TIRES BY THE WAY ! They told me the tire I came for was not fixable, (which was also a lie because I ran over a small little nail, which was causing a very slow leak which could have been a EASY QUICK FIX) But now that they already lied about the tire NEEDING to be replaced, ( okay fine) but then they try to get extra money saying that other tires had to be replaced as well ?? Is really crazy to me .. so now that I called them out on it, they are trying to give me a hard time … they are prolonging the situation.. having me wait all these hours ! For a SMALL TIRE LEAK ! ( I am the ONLY ONE HERE .. it’s not busy ! ) this is unprofessional and I’m in very displeased and I don’t appreciate this and I will never come back. POOR JOB !! . SHAME ON YOU ALL !
