Worst experience of my life!!!!!! (Beware to do business with these people) they will cost you more money and time than the rest of!!!
On Thursday 3/26/2026 I called the Woodson location at around 12:30 to get prices to change all four tires, they quoted me 570 for the cheapest brand they had, and scheduled me to come in at 2pm, I said great, I get there at 1:30 and sign the quote, drop my keys off and wait in the waiting room, after about one hour they call me and tell me there was a mistake in pricing and now it will cost over 1k for their cheapest brand I said fine I’m already here let’s do it, so I wait another hour and half until they call me and say hey you ready????like really!!?? Anyway I’m over it , at this point I just want to go home so I pay the overcharge amount and to my surprise they changed the spare as a main knowing the sensor didn’t work!!!! This staff is unprofessional, inadequate and untrustworthy!!!
I repeat do not trust them with your vehicle!!!

3 hours for 1 tire … saw 4 people who arrived after me leave 40 min before me. Front desk lady was very unbothered about wasting customers time by not doing her job properly. won’t be returning never! Very disappointing
I made an appointment a week ago for a test that take 45 to 60 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes before appt. time and waited an hour and 30 minutes. I looked out to see my vehicle sitting outside the garage so I asked if it was finished. The lady said “No, we are waiting on a truck rack”. Needless to say making an appointment is unnecessary as walk ins come first. I have been a customer at this location for 5 years and this is a first. Very dissatisfied!

If you’re Latino, be prepared to face racism! At least, that was the impression we got. We went to get the alignment done, and we asked if an appointment was needed, and they said no. We asked if there were many people waiting, and they said no and that it would be ready in 2 hours. Six hours went by, and the car wasn’t ready. The customer service was terrible—they were responding to us very poorly, while other people were treated calmly, and even new customers arrived and were immediately helped, while my car wasn’t. Terrible customer service.
