They both took extra time to explain the services my vehicle needed, and most definitely represented the Dobbs brand with prestige & an amazing business acumen! The showroom was perfectly clean and comfortable. They were very busy & I was extra pleased to witness every customer appeared to be relaxed and pleasant. I was passing through the area on my way home to California, when I decided to stop for an alignment on my classic MBZ 500SL. I sent an appointment request late last night, & Matt provided a confirmation first thing this morning. To my surprise, although the existing Michelin tires appeared to be in good shape, they were dry & cracked due to age. Thankfully, Matt identified the issue & Jay was able to source the tires for immediate installation. They provided a ride back to my hotel and picked me up when the car was ready. THREE HOURS!!! I can’t thank Matt and Jay enough for their transparency, providing affordable and genuinely superior services! Sincerest appreciation to you both for going the extra mile to ensure my safe journey back to SoCal!!!

They not only gave me a huge discount on the service but they also offered to keep it until I was able to get it towed where I needed to get a diagnosis done. Jay the customer service lady at the desk was beyond helpful. Matt who works in the service bay was very knowledgeable about what could happen if I left with the vehicle and provided excellent customer service and informed me that they will be more than happy to keep it in the bay overnight. There’s not too many places out there that handled situations like mine. This is a highly trust place to take your vehicle too!
