  I had a great experience Jay answered the phone promptly was able to schdule the tire replacement to fit my schdule. From the minute I arrived it was a great experience one of the cleanest most organized auto repair shops I've ever had experienced. Dobbs Tire & Auto Service should be proud to have Jay representing their business!

  I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service at Dobbs Tire. Jay answered all of our questions and was obviously very knowledgeable. Every person we interacted with was friendly. The team definitely earned a return customer!

  Matt does a great job taking care of his customers. He goes above and beyond to try and make you feel satisfied. I had a leaking valve cover. They replaced the gaskets under warranty. After a couple weeks we realized there might be another problem. Ended up being a cracked valve cover. Matt and his team stepped up and handled the repair at no cost to myself. Honest people are hard to come by. I highly recommend Dobbs in Osage Beach. Also I want to give a shout out to Eric. He’s very nice and does his best to make the customers satisfied.

  Customer service was very good. They were tasked with a very difficult and time consuming job. They completed the job in a timely manner for a reasonable price.

  I asked how much an alignment for my front end would be and that I would like to get in today. He scheduled me an appointment for two hours later and said he’d tell me the price when I got there which I thought was odd. So I called burns in Eldon just to get an idea on the price. They said 62 dollars so I was hoping it would be around there. Waited around the lake for the appointment. When I get there she tells me it’s gonna be 124. I said for 2 wheels? She said they charge what St. Louis tells them to. I canceled and she said sorry for the inconvenience. Talk about a waste of time. Go anywhere but here they are definitely overcharging.
