The store (and Jiffy Lube) refused to refund the full price of the oil change or to pay for our tow and repair costs. Avoid Jiffy Lube Store #465 in Olivette, MO. They can't even properly change your oil
- LCL CampFeb 27, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. Waited for 20 minutes before anyone approached my car. I had a list of things that needed to be completed and shared that I could email but they said they did not need it. Got me out pretty quickly, I asked for a print out of everything that they had done and they told me the printer wasn’t working. I then asked for them to walk me through what they had done so I could compare it to what needed to be done and they said they had only changed oil and filter. They said the location does not rotate tires and my fleet company did not approve anything else. I assured them that the fleet company expected me to have these things done and so I said I would pick up the phone to call them to ensure that everything was approved. Then the story changed that they did not have the air filter, when I started calling the fleet company. I had no washer fluid when I went in and that was not addressed. It was a waste of time and very misleading not being able to print out the services provided (or did not provide).
