  I had my water outlet housing replaced at this location in June 2024. Here we are 16 months later and it needs replacing again. It's almost a $1000 repair and all they could do is offer a $75 coupon. The Dobbs "fixed forever" warranty didn't apply here. This particular part and the associated labor was only covered for 12 months. Appears they need to update their slogan. If you like paying twice for the same part and the labor to replace it this is the place for you.

  I asked for diagnostic, due to check engine light came on & car was making a rattlinggʻ noise all they did was put oil in it and said engine was using oil, i asked if I could make it home, I had 20 miles to go some hiway, was told just take it easy. I barely made it home with a whole lot of praying! Also when picking up car, they did not bring car to me, I'm handicap, had to stop 3 times before getting to car. Also, they did NOT do a diagnostic, all the dirt was still on portal. I was hoping for better service as a coworker ( a male) said they were awesome...maybe for tires but nothing else. Guy at customer service desk was NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! He was basically a cashier, not knowledgeable at all about cars! I will not go back, stick to Gravois Auto in S. County....I'll have it towed next time. Only went there because it's near work. $208.00 just for diagnostic..

  The process was actually very easy, they told me exactly what the problem was with my car….fixed it first thing in the morning as promised.

  My Audi car's maintenance manual says it uses 5w40 engine oil, but they gave me 5W30 engine oil instead
