  DON'T GO!! Very, very expensive with poor service. They even try to recoup coupons by charging for other items. Find another place other the Valvoline to have work done on your vehicle.

  It was fast and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They reset my dashboard to remove the maintenance required notification.

  I am disappointed with my recent experience at Valvoline regarding a truck battery that is only one year old. The battery has completely died; however, Valvoline refused to honor the warranty because their internal system showed it as just barely acceptable at the time of testing. While I understand using diagnostic tools, a battery that fails after only one year of normal use should reasonably fall under warranty coverage. Relying solely on a borderline system reading, rather than the actual performance and failure of the battery, feels misleading and does not align with customer expectations when purchasing a warranted product.

  Excellent service and staff (James- manager) Were very nice and polite. Suggested a couple of additional services but not pushy at all.

  Great experience! I was in and out in under 15 minutes; the staff was friendly and efficient!
