Didn’t have a real good experience you sent me a coupon and I went back and I had the best experience I’ve ever had there or anywhere. They didn’t know about my bad experience before… this time I had two very very nice young men. Mitchell and Aiden, both very informative. Both very thorough, made my trip to Valvoline and enjoyable experience. They both wore smiles and look like they enjoyed their job and treated me with utmost respect. These two young men need to be acknowledged in someway. They stood out. Please let them know that I sent a good review for them. Before going to your location, I went to the one on Bryan Road. It took forever for them to even acknowledge I was there then they told me to pull around back sat there for a while without any acknowledgment nobody saying hello smiling nothing so I left and went to the one that I normally go to at your location and these two young men made my day as they were so professional and kind… Thank you
