  Told me my battery was bad and had me replace it when it was new. when they gave me back my keys my house key was no longer on key ring.

  Mike was very diligent and helpful in diagnosing a battery installation issue I received from a different shop. He was able to give me clarity quickly after taking a look at my vehicle and did so without charging me. I'm very grateful for his help and the team at this Dobbs location.

  I had my brakes & rotors serviced on November 20th, 2025. At this time I also had of the 3 sensors on my 2020 Equinox serviced. The week before I had the other sensor serviced - totalling four sensors. It is now December 2nd -- not even 2 WEEKS since Nov. 20th & I have had to come back TWICE because 2 of the SENSOR LIGHTS have come back on since they were SUPPOSED to have fixed it. I have missed time from work 3 TIMES NOW. I WARN YOU -- don't get MULTIPLE SERVICES done at ONCE. They charged me $1275.00 (including brakes and rotors) & never EVEN fixed all the SENSORS. I AM DISGUSTED. I will be going to have another car shop check & make sure they changed my brakes pads & rotors properly b/c now I'm SKEPTICAL of their work. This company DOES NOT respect WOMEN. DOBBS has LOST a CUSTOMER. I'm going to start going to FIRESTONE or elsewhere. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION‼️
