The week before I had the other sensor serviced - totalling four sensors. It is now December 2nd -- not even 2 WEEKS since Nov. 20th & I have had to come back TWICE because 2 of the SENSOR LIGHTS have come back on since they were SUPPOSED to have fixed it. I have missed time from work 3 TIMES NOW. I WARN YOU -- don't get MULTIPLE SERVICES done at ONCE. They charged me $1275.00 (including brakes and rotors) & never EVEN fixed all the SENSORS. I AM DISGUSTED. I will be going to have another car shop check & make sure they changed my brakes pads & rotors properly b/c now I'm SKEPTICAL of their work. This company DOES NOT respect WOMEN. DOBBS has LOST a CUSTOMER. I'm going to start going to FIRESTONE or elsewhere. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION‼️

The first time was when they replaced my AC unit but didn’t fill it with Freon. The second time, they said they replaced the horn on my cargo van with a new one, but they actually didn’t. Now for the third time, I bought another set tires for my pickup truck. They told me I had broken parts and that they couldn’t do the alignment. I took the truck to the dealer, and the dealer confirmed there were no problems at all. I’ve bought several sets of tires from Dobbs and trusted them for years, but after this repeated dishonesty and poor service, I can only imagine what they do to other customers.
