  I rented a vehicle for a corporate trip. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Getting my car and returning it was a very quick and efficient process.

  I have a Enterprise branch 5 minutes down the road from my house, they are extremely unfriendly and rude and ultimately screwed me one day. Besides that point, I drove 45 minutes to O’Fallon one day and saw this Enterprise branch and decided to try them out and let me say the last 6 times i’ve rented from them in the last few months has been the best experience I’ve ever had from any Rental place ever and i’ve been to a lot of different places all over the country. Whenever I need to rent a vehicle I go out of my way and drive the 45 minute there just so I know i’m receiving excellent service.

  This was my first time to rent a car for myself. It was so easy to reserve. When I arrived at the Branch everyone there was so helpful and friendly. I was checked into a clean inside and out car and pulling of the lot in minutes. The return was the same process quick and easy. I will lease again from this location.

  I have been renting here for about 6-7 years now. The staff tries but have slowly been getting less helpful and more rude in the last couple years. The Enterprise brand quality isn’t here at this location anymore. I will start driving to the airport from now on. Sorry to have to post this. Liz the cleaner is the gem that is the only thing I still see the great quality from.

  I rented for a corporate trip and I did NOT have a good experience at all. I was up here in the morning. I was expecting a smooth rental since I received a confirmation call about a week in advance. A young lady who was new (and honestly quite awkward) presented me a vehicle. She went inside it and confirmed it smelled like smoke so we went back inside. She offered a second vehicle, which was a very tiny car, clearly an economy or so, and I booked a midsize, so that was not comparable. She offered a third car but come to find out it was already being held for a client whose reservation was almost an hour after mine. For context, I am dressed in a suit for work and I have my kid with me who has her backpack and sports bag so in my opinion it was blatantly obvious we needed to leave to get to school and work. After 50 minutes I finally asked to speak to a manager after my agent told me she would have a resolve in 5 minutes and never showed back up. When I spoke with a manager a random agent jumped in cut me off and said to the manager “she doesn’t want anything we have”, referring to me. I was pissed but I kept my composure because I was already behind and I just wanted to get out of there! I corrected her and explained to the manager there was no vehicle available that was acceptable for the reservation I booked, as clearly they only gave me two options one car riddled with smoke and the other was tiny (the last option wasn’t even a real option since it was holding for someone else). The manager I think Allison IMMEDIATELY placed me in a vehicle, acknowledging how long I had been patiently waiting there. I appreciated that but every single other person clearly needs to be retrained. My daughter was an hour late to school-talk about pissed . Then I had to hit the road and sure enough they sent me on my way with a 1/4 of a tank. I know this means I only have to bring it back on that but hitting the road in the morning for work and having to almost immediately stop for gas is SO inconvenient. Plus it’s easier for me as a customer to put it back on full than to try to guesstimate a fourth of a tank. Overall, they severely set my day back with their lack of preparation. The business model, the logistics, the professionalism, and car and service quality at this location was unacceptable. I couldn’t even afford the time and stress to rent here again so I cancelled my next rental I had coming up and booked at Budget down the street, where I had ZERO issues by the way and was in and out at 12 minutes tops. I pray God never allows anything to occur where I would have to rent here again. Like seriously, even seeing a kid that had to be at school didn’t motivate them an ounce. It was all so unacceptable ESPECIALLY for a corporate contract rental.
