Luckily, I was able to quickly reserve a car on their app, and was on the road within an hour. Car was very clean and inline with the vehicle class I reserved. The following day, I expected a courtesy call from the O'Fallon, MO Enterprise Mexico Loop office regarding these items, but I did not receive one. I contacted the office and explained the situation. The representative stated she would check with the detailer. His response was that he did not find a “Yeti Chiefs mug,” although I never specified the brand. (It was a Yeti brand) When I inquired about the prescription glasses, I was told they were not found either. I am absolutely certain these items were left in the vehicle. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was informed that everyone in the store had been asked about the missing items. While I take responsibility for leaving them behind, I am deeply concerned that an employee may have taken the mug and discarded the glasses. The replacement cost for the mug is approximately $50, and my prescription glasses will cost $375 to replace. This experience is extremely disappointing, as I have been a loyal customer for years and have always received excellent service. Unfortunately, I cannot continue doing business with an organization that does not demonstrate stronger integrity and accountability.
