After purchasing my truck from TLG Peterbilt in Fort Smith, I was on my way to Columbus, Ohio when I suddenly broke down in Missouri due to a major coolant leak and a transmission fault. It was one of the most stressful moments I’ve faced as a new owner-operator. I reached out to several TLG locations, and Mid-America was the only one that truly stepped up without hesitation. From the very first call, Zack went above and beyond. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my situation. In a moment where I felt stuck and overwhelmed, he brought reassurance and took immediate action to help me get my truck safely to the dealership. Even A&A Towing mentioned that TLG Peterbilt Mid-America specifically is known for standing behind their customers, and now I see why. When I arrived, Hunter continued that same level of excellence.   I had to stop in to get an airline leak repaired on Wednesday 12/10/25. Even though the repair shop was tremendously swamped, Aaron Ferguson and his manager Dan went above and beyond to get my truck repaired in a timely fashion. This superior customer service helped me get back on the road right away and my delivery completed on-time. Thank you for the wonderful experience and outstanding customer service!!
